About LMTLS Real Estate

My name is Dylan and I work as the founder of LMTLS Real Estate, where I refer investment real estate opportunities to multiple different financing outlets to find and present the best financing solution for my clients' specific needs. I work with real estate investors, realtors, general contractors, title/insurance companies, attorneys, and anybody else involved in improving real estate for profit.

I understand what lenders are looking for and have made it my full priority to pair my client with the best possible financing solutions for whatever it is their looking to accomplish. 

 

LMTLS itself is a personal brand I created a while back when I first got into digital marketing. I'm a firm believer that we are what we think about and that the only limits we have in life are the ones we place on ourselves.

I have 6 years of sales experience, starting with door to door solar sales. I became successful fast, knocking doors while snow, ice, and rain dumped on my head. Within months I became the top producing sales rep in the northwest region of the country and was promoted to team lead, where I coached and led a group of 20 plus door knockers.

I later stepped into full home service sales. I sold HVAC, roofing, water filtration, solar+battery, interior/exterior remodel, landscaping, and other residential energy efficient products.

I've always had a passion for finance and eventually found myself within the sector. I received an offer from a direct lender named Park Place Finance in Austin, Texas, who finances residential fix and flips, new construction, and rental properties/portfolios nationwide. I cold called 150 - 200 people per day and in doing so, built a network of real estate investors, mortgage brokers, realtors, and builders, whom I closed loans with.
